Three QMJHL teams atop Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 rankings

TORONTO, Saturday, November 24, 2007 – The Canadian Hockey League today announced the CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 rankings for week 9. Three Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams once again managed to crack the upper echelon of the CHL.

The Screaming Eagles fell out of the Top 10 following a series of losses while the Halifax Mooseheads have rocketed up the standings to the second spot. The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies are back in the rankings in sixth position and the Baie-Comeau Drakkar sit ninth.

The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts.

CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 Rankings – week 9

1. Kitchener Rangers (18-3-0-1)
2. Halifax Mooseheads (19-3-0-4)
3. Spokane Chiefs (17-3-1-2)
4. Tri-City Americans (17-5-0-0)
5. Sault Ste-Marie Greyhounds (16-5-1-1)
6. Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (18-7-2-1)
7. Windsor Spitfires (15-5-1-3)
8. Vancouver Giants (17-6-1-2)
9. Baie-Comeau Drakkar (17-6-0-2)
10. Belleville Bulls (14-5-1-1)
