2015 WJC Podcast, Group A: USA, Canada winners in Monday tilts

The favorites in Group A at the 2015 World Junior Championship played as favorites should on Monday night as the USA and Canada both won their games in workmanlike fashion. The U.S. downed Slovakia 3-0 while Canada skated past defending gold medalists Finland, 4-1. The victories setup the showdown between the top two teams in Group A that will take place on New Year’s Eve at the Bell Centre in Montreal.

Marc is the ISS scout who has been taking in the proceedings in Montreal over the past few days, so he is offering his insights up to this point in the tournament.
