The final section of the Hockey’s Future ranking of the Top 50 NHL prospects features the least controversial 1-2 ranking in memory. Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers and Jack Eichel of the Buffalo Sabres are two of the most dynamic young players to arrive on the NHL scene since Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin debuted a decade ago.

After those two, we presented 48 excellent young hockey players. Some have more scoring upside than others, still others may find their careers sidetracked by injury, lack of opportunity, or other misfortunes. On the whole, the Top 50 represents a variety of viewpoints as to what makes a great prospect, with an eye toward the ability to play a complete game with defensive value as needed.

Below are the Top 10 players in HF’s ranking of the Top 50 NHL prospects for the Fall of 2015.

41-50 | 31-40 | 21-30 | 11-20 | 1-10
