Is Petr Kanko playing illegally ??

Petr Kanko, a top czech prospect for this years draft, is playing for Kitchener illegaly. Kanko still has a valid contract in Sparta and went to Kitchener without permition to leave and without obtaining a transfer card from the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), the club said on Friday. Thatīs why IIHF was instructed to solve this matter and it should forbidd Kanko to play.

This information was given by the Sparta Prague manager Martin Urban. Sparta expects itīs top junior player to return and fulfill his current contract. This case was also given to a Czech lawyers and if Kanko wont make up his mind, he may be facing the Canadian court of justice. Letīs hope this player is as smart as talented.
