In the Western Conference Quarterfinals the Wolves defeated the Grand Rapids Griffins 3-2. The Western Conference Semifinals saw the Wolves defeated the Syracuse Crunch 4-3. In the Western Conference Finals they defeated the Houston Aeros 4-1.
