OHL Player of the Week is Wojtek Wolski

Toronto – The Ontario Hockey League today announced that Brampton Battalion left winger Wojtek Wolski is the OHL Player of the Week for the first week of the 2002-03 season.

Wolski, the third overall pick in the 2002 OHL Priority Selection, scored two goals and three assists in two games last week and shares the OHL scoring lead after the opening weekend with five points.

Wolski, a 16-year-old Toronto native, scored a goal and added a pair of assists in his OHL debut on March 20, pacing the Battalion to a 6-0 win over the London Knights. He added a goal and an assist in a 7-4 win over the Kingston Frontenacs on September 22.
