Scoring for the Bulldogs were Fernando Pisani, Jani Rita, Marcel Hossa and Jason Ward. Pisani’s goal was his first of the season. Marc-Andre Bergeron earned his first point of the year with an assist on Pisani’s first period goal.
Philadelphia responded with goals from veteran Mark Greig and Ben Stafford.
Ty Conklin earned his third win of the season in net for Hamilton as he made 23 saves. Phantoms goaltender Neil Little suffered the loss.

The Dogs play three times this week. The first is Wednesday night when they take on Syracuse. This is one of the make up games from when the Queen caused the team to postpone the game. Then Friday night, the Dogs will host the Wilkes-Barre Penguins. The Dogs then goes on a 3 game road trip on Sunday in Philadelphia.
