Schremp named OHL Player of the Week

The Ontario Hockey League today announced that London Knights centre Robbie Schremp is the OHL Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday January 15 after scoring four goals and four assists for eight points in two games.

Schremp, a 19-year-old native of Fulton, New York strated the week with two goals and two assists in a 5-3 win over the Sudbury Wolves on January 13. He followed up with two goals and two assists in a 7-5 loss to the Barrie Colts on January 14.

Schremp, a first round pick of the Edmonton Oilers in 2004, leads all OHL scorers with 37 goals and 53 assists for 90 points in 31 games this season.
