Zach Boychuk Named BOSTON PIZZA WHL Player of the Week

CALGARY, AB – The BOSTON PIZZA WHL Player of the Week is forward Zach Boychuk of the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Boychuk earned Player of the Week honours by 2 goals and 5 points in 2 games as the Hurricanes went 3-0-0-0 last week.

On Friday, November 10, Boychuk picked up a pair of assists for the Hurricanes in a 6-2 win over the Prince Albert Raiders at the Enmax Center in Lethbridge.

On Saturday, November 11, Boychuk enjoyed a 3 point night scoring twice and assisted on another in a 6-2 win over the Calgary Hitmen in Lethbridge.

Boychuk, a 17-year-old native of Airdrie, Alberta, is eligble for the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.

Honourable mention goes to forward Peter Mueller of the Everett Silvertips.
