Moller picked up ten points in three games during the week of October 15th through to October 21st. He scored seven goals, three assists and was a plus three, helping the Bruins to a 2-0-1 record in that span.
On Wednesday, October 17th, the Bruins hosted the Seattle Thunderbirds at Prospera Centre. Moller picked up the hat-trick, potting three goals in the Bruins 6-2 triumph over the Thunderbirds. He was also named the games 1st Star.
On Friday, October 19th, the Bruins hit the road and travelled across the border, into the Toyota Centre, to face the Tri-City Americans. Moller scored another three goals and added two assists as his Bruins fell just short losing 6-5 in overtime. He was also named the games 2nd Star.
On Sunday, October 21st, the Bruins rolled into Portland to wrap up their short road trip facing the Winter Hawks at Memorial Coliseum. Moller notched one goal and one assist in the Bruins 4-3 victory over the Winter Hawks.
With the Chilliwack Bruins picking up five out of a possible six points this past week, they find themselves one point back of the Vancouver Giants and Tri-City Americans for first place in the Western Conference.
Moller, an 18-year-old product from Spanga, Sweden was selected 2nd overall at the 2006 CHL Import Draft and is in his second season with the Chilliwack Bruins. This past June Moller was selected in the 2nd round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft and 52nd overall by the Los Angeles Kings.
The WHL has also nominated Kevin Armstrong of the Spokane Chiefs for the ADT CHL Goaltender of the Week award.
