Josh Unice Named ADT CHL Goaltender of the Week

On Wednesday, October 24th, Unice turned aside 24 shots leading the Rangers to a 7-0 victory over the Erie Otters. On Sunday, October 28th, the 18 year-old native of Holland, OH stopped 21 shots earning a 3-0 win over their Midwest Division rivals, the London Knights.
Unice is enjoying his rookie season in the Ontario Hockey League as a member of the Kitchener Rangers.
Timo Pielmeier of the St. John’s Fog Devils was the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with a 2-0 record, including a shutout, while maintaining a 1.00 goals-against-average and a .975 save percentage. Ryan Holfeld of the Medicine Hat Tigers was the Western Hockey League nominee with a 1-0-1 record, a 0.97 goals-against-average and a .959 save percentage.
