Talent Analysis

O'Hanley is an offensive defenseman who has a hard shot with a quick release. Possessing decent speed, O'Hanley can pick the puck off the boards well, stickhandles well, and makes good outlet passes.

A power play weapon, O'Hanley has improved his defensive play and physical play the past two seasons, but must still improve in these areas to become a solid two-way defenseman at the collegiate or pro level.

A natural athlete, O'Hanley also has tremendous hockey sense, especially on offense.
