History
2008-09: Appeared in 5 games for the Brockville Braves, scoring 1 goal and adding 2 assists.
2009-10: Played for the Brockville Braves of the CJHL. In 56 games, Gingras scored 12 goals and added 43 assists for 55 points. In 11 playoff games for the Braves, Gingras scored 4 goals and added 10 assists for 14 points as he and his teammates won the CJHL championship. Brockville later lost in the semi-finals of the Royal Bank Cup. Gingras played in the World Junior A Challenge, as well as in the CJHL All-Star Battle. Gingras was passed over in the 2009 draft. He is the son of former NHL defenseman Gaston Gingras.
