History

With Oshawa, rookie Nasby picked up 7 points and 41 penalty minutes in 56 games. He joined the Generals after an Ontario Jr. C championship with the Grimsby Peach Kings.

A trade between the Oshawa Generals and the Erie Otters of the OHL in November 2005 saw Nasby head to the Otters. Despite missing part of the season with a groin injury, Nasby enjoyed his best season offensively to date. In 2004-05 with the Generals he scored four goals, had 17 points and 71 penalty minutes in 66 games. In 2005-06 he notched nine goals, 31 points and 72 penalty minutes in 52 games with both the Generals and the Otters. Unfortunately for Nasby and the Otters, there was no postseason appearance for the club.

Nasby was signed to a rookie contract in 2006 and assigned to the ECHL Florida Everblades.

Talent Analysis

Nasby is a stay at home defenseman with nothing fancy about his game.
