Talent Analysis
Cepek is a throwback type of defenseman who has a mean streak and plays with tenacity. However, he often lets his aggressiveness get the better of him and is prone to taking too many bad penalties. He is not a very fluid skater and must add bulk if he hopes to continue with his rugged style – right now, he seems to be too easily pushed off the puck. In addition, his agility and puck handling skills are very limited.
Future
Needs a lot of work on his game and is still a major project at this point.
