History
2009-10: Injured initially, Masse didn't get much play on a deep Hamilton(AHL) roster. What sparse ice time he has received has been mostly as a fourth-line forward. He dressed for 25 games this season, he has scored three goals and two assists. He has one assist in five postseason appearances. Masse was a prolific scorer in the QMJHL and has been a hard worker in his early days with the Bulldogs.
2010-11: Masse split his second pro season between Hamilton (AHL) and the Canadiens' ECHL affiliate Wheeling. Masse was in the lineup for Hamilton in the season-opener but was then sent to Wheeling before being re-called in late January and finishing the season with the Bulldogs. In 36 AHL games, he scored 3 goals with 6 assists and was +2 with 18 PMs for North Division champion Hamilton. He appeared in all 20 playoff games for the Bulldogs and was -6 with 2 assists and 6 PMs in a lower line role. In 29 ECHL games with Wheeling he scored 1 goal with 8 assists and was -7 with 12 PMs.
