History
2005-06 season: Caruso wrapped a stellar career at Ohio State with his name firmly etched in the Buckeyes hockey history books. Among the school records he set are: career goals against average (2.03) and career shutouts (11). Caruso finished his senior season with a 13-18-5 record that included five shutouts and earned an honorable mention to the CCHA All-Conference Team.
In Caruso’s record-setting junior season, he helped guide the Buckeyes to an NCAA Tournament berth and captured the team’s Bobby Brown Most Valuable Player award. In that season, he finished third in wins (25) and ninth in winning percentage (.730).
