History
2007-08: Whitmore earned a collegiate career high of 37 points and led the team in points and goals in his senior year at Bowling Green State University (NCAA). He led the Falcons to the second round of the CCHA playoffs and earned Second Team All CCHA honors, setting a new career mark with 27 goals in the process. He finished his colligate career with 102 points in 143 appearances with Bowling Green State University. Whitmore made his AHL debut against Manitoba on Mar. 28 and scored his first career AHL goal against Syracuse on Apr. 4.
