History

2007-08: Sepnt the season with Eisberlin’s junior squad, posting 12 points in 46 appearances. Registered an assist in six games for Team Germany at the U18 WJC.

2008-09: Played for Eisberlin in the junior league, posting 39 points in 47 games. He also played seven games in the DEL, with one assist.   Played for Team Germany in the 2009 WJC.

2009-10: Bielke found himself split between the DEL and 2.GBun, playing for the Berlin Polar Bears(DEL) and the Dresden Ice Lions(2.GBun). In his 10 games with his hometown Berlin club, Bielke registered just a single assist and was a -4. With Dresden, Bielke picked up 6 points and 71 PIMs in 36 games.

The 2008-09 Season was one of great hope for the San Jose faithful. The team finished the regular season with 117 points, a franchise record, and good enough to win their first and only Presidents’ Trophy as the league’s best team after 82 games.
