History
Born in Bosnia-Herzegovina, but moved to Sweden as a young child.
Represented Sweden at the 2002 U18 World Junior Championships scoring 3 points in 8 games and also at the Viking Cup in Camrose.
One of the few Oiler prospects who did not lose his SEL roster spot during the NHL lockout.
Note: Oiler fans at HF have taken to calling Dragan "Trogdor the Burninator" stemming from this internet based cartoon site:

Talent Analysis
Umicevic is one of the most technically skilled Swedish players drafted in 2003. Umicevic can be a force offensively but has displayed some inconsistency problems. When he gets it all together he is a spectacular player to watch who can create scoring chances out of nothing.
