2009-10: Evgeni Krutikov made his debut with Spartak Moscow's U18 team and was one of the leading scorer's for Spartak's 1994-team. In eight U18 games (including five playoff games), he scored 2 goals with 2 assists and had 18 penalty minutes. In 25 games with the 94's he scored 16 goals with 14 assists and had 28 penalty minutes.
2010-11: Krutikov played in five games for Olimpiets in Moscow's junior hockey league and skated for Spartak's U18 team in Moscow's first league. He scored 3 goals with 2 assists and had 4 penalty minutes for Olimpiets. In 29 games with Spartak he scored 21 goals with 23 assists and 30 penalty minutes. In six playoff games he had 1 goal and 4 assists. Krutikov was selected by Moscow Spartak in the third round (66th overall) of the 2011 KHL Draft.
2011-12: Krutikov was the third-leading scorer for MHC Spartak in the MHL (Russian junior league). In 53 games he scored 13 goals with 16 assists and had 58 penalty minutes. Kruitikov was ranked 21st amongst European skaters in Central Scouting's final rankings prior to the 2012 NHL Draft.
