History

2007-08: Jack Hillen was inked by the New York Islanders after three seasons with Colorado College (WCHA). He saw ice time in two games for the Islanders this season, producing his first pro point, an assist. Finishing the season back at Colorado, he recorded 37 points (6+31) in 41 games for the club, racking up 60 PIM in the process. He was a WCHA First Team All-Star and selected for the NCAA’s 2008 West First All-American Team.

 

Future
Hillen was dealt along with 4th round draft pick by the Washington Capitals to the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for Tim Gleason.
