Talent Analysis

Jonas is a solid sized center who is very aware of his defensive duties as a center. He is a good skater with very good lateral movement and quickness. He has a powerful stride and is difficult to knock of the puck. Jonas is smart and makes good things with the puck. He has solid scoring touch and passing skills.

Jonas is a good skater with solid size and good work-ethic, assets that will help him develop into a solid 3rd or 4th liner. He will need three to four years in Sweden before he moves on to North America, where he will likely need some seasoning in the AHL before trying to crack into the NHL. He reminds a lot of Anaheim Mighty Ducks Swede, Samuel Påhlsson with his skating and hard working.
