History

2005-06: In his senior year at Breck High School, the offensively charged forward potted 45 goals to go along 36 assists in just 28 games for the Mustangs. Fulton’s performance would earn him a scholarship to the University of Minnesota-Duluth in the upcoming season. The Flames would make Fulton their sixth round selection, 179th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.

2006-07: A rookie at the University of Minnesota-Duluth (WCHA), Larson netted three goals and 10 points (tied in team rookie scoring) through 38 games as a freshman.

2007-08: Fulton improved upon his numbers in his second season with UMD (WCHA), netting a career-high five goals and 14 points (4th on team). He again appeared on the club’s second power play line.

2008-09: The University of Minnesota-Duluth (WCHA) center potted a career-high 12 goals and 17 points this season, along with a personal best 60 penalty minutes.

Talent Analysis

Displayed high-end offensive skill in high school, however his scoring touch has not yet been reproduced in the college ranks.  Projects as more of a checker.
