2010-11: In 71 games for the Thunderbirds, Lockhart scored 21 goals and added 27 assists for 48 points.
Lockhart is an energy player who lacks the ideal size to be considered a top-six forward. He does have some offensive ability and plays with some moxy against larger competition, and his low center of gravity makes Lockhart somewhat difficult to knock off of the puck. It remains to be seen if he'll get a shot from an NHL organization, but Lockhart could conceivably work his way up the ranks from the ECHL if the opportunity presents itself.
