2006-07: In his OHL rookie season, Tipoff logged 46 games for the Belleville Bulls. He picked up six assists and added six penalty minutes while going posting a -6 plus/minus total. Tipoff picked up no points and just two penalty minutes in five playoff games for the Bulls.
2007-08: Tipoff upped his totals slightly in his second season with the Bulls. He played in 64 games, netting two goals while adding nine assists to go along with 29 penalty minutes and another -6 rating. He played in 21 games in the Bulls run to the Memorial Cup final, netting one goal and adding six penalty minutes in postseason play.
2008-09: Tipoff played in 68 games for the Bulls, netting 13 goals and 27 assists in the regular season. He added 26 penalty minutes and was a +11 in the plus/minus department. In 17 playoff games for the Bulls, he scored two goals and added four assists to go along with 10 penalty minutes and a -6 rating.
Tipoff proved to have a knack for the timely goal this season. He's a solid, but unspectacular, overall player with limited offensive upside.
