Talent Analysis
Dietrich is becoming hard to ignore as a prospect, as his lackluster performance in Germany has somehow morphed into solid point production in Milwaukee. Dietrich is small for a defenseman, and as a result plays a more offensive game since he cannot always take the physical toll. He has a strong point shot coupled with high quality passing ability.
Future
Dietrich's performance in Milwaukee this upcoming season will determine whether he is a non-prospect, or a force to be reckoned with.
