History

-07: Played 24 games for Virginia High in Minnesota and tallied a total 48 points (14g, 34a).

-08: In his only season with the club, Kishel made his USHL debut with the Sioux Falls Stampede, netting three goals and 11 assists in 57 appearances. He was held scoreless in three playoff games with the club. He signed a Letter of Intent to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth (WCHA) in the fall of 2008.

-09: Scott entered his rookie season with the University of Minnesota-Duluth, only able to produce 2 assists in 12 games.

-10: A sophomore season brought higher expectations for the young blueliner. This time able to dress in 28 games, he was able to improve to 8 assists on the season; a modest improvement.

-11: Kishel saw action in just seven games, as a junior for national champion Minnesota-Duluth as underclassmen such as Justin Faulk (CAR), Dylan Olsen (CHI) and Drew Olson (CBS) emerged as leaders for the Bulldogs. Kishel's only point, an assist, came in his first game, an October contest against Providence. He played just once after a pair of non-conference games against Clarkson in early January and finished a +1 for the year with 4 PMs. He did not participate in either the WCHA or NCAA tournaments.
