2009-10: Oke played in 9 games for the Saint John Sea Dogs, registering no points in those games.
2010-11: In his QMJHL rookie season, Oke played in 54 games for the Sea Dogs. He scored 5 goals and added 5 assists for 10 points. In 18 playoff games, Oke scored 1 goal and added 5 assists for 6 points, and registered no points at the 2011 Memorial Cup Tournament.
A mixture of size, skating ability and talent along with the willingness to put all of it together, Oke is used primarily as a checker but is thought to have untapped offensive potential. A strong forechecker who pays attention to his defensive responsibilities, he could be a breakout candidate if he gets a larger role.
