Talent Analysis

RIT head coach Wayne Wilson's comments on Lambert: "I think his hard work and energy are the two things that he has provided for our team. Simon was a quiet leader for our team, he never really said a lot, but he really showed on the ice by example that he was willing to work and do all of the little things well."
