History
Played four years with the Plymouth Whalers in the OHL, went undrafted.
2005-06: Invited to training camp as a free and impressed the Oilers enough that he was one of the select few who continued on into the main camp. Spent the season in the ECHL with the Greenville Grrrowl.
2006-07: Spent the vast majority of the year in the ECHL with the Stockton Thunder and was considered one of their key role players.
2007-08: Was a key checker for coach Kelly Buchberger with the Springfield Falcons (AHL).

Talent Analysis
A feisty competitor, Sestito has carved out a niche for himself as an energy/checker that a coach can feel comfortable with putting on the ice in key shutdown situations. He doesn’t have much offensive upside and is very susceptible to taking minor penalties. Another typical character, depth, utility player in the system but one that has impressed the organization with his work ethic.
