Talent Analysis

He is a good skater and has the size to compete physically at the pro level. Ehrhardt projects as a depth player in the AHL. He possesses a decent amount of skill, but it may not be enough to transition into the NHL. Does not have the proper hockey sense to become a consistent offensive threat.

Future

Ehrhardt projects as a depth defenseman. He will have to show that he is capable of earning a full-time AHL role before he can move up the depth chart.
