Talent Analysis

Sjodin is considered a versatile forward, comfortable on either wing. He has established himself in Sweden as a tough, physical forward and will be looked upon to bring this particular attribute to North America.

A strong player that plays with good intensity. Sjödin likes to play the body and does it fairly well. Forechecks hard never stops working. Has a decent shot and scoring instinct, although he will most likely become a role player at senior level. Mobility, agility and acceleration could be improved.
