Below is the 21-30 segment of the Hockey's Future 2014 Spring NHL Team Rankings. The teams are ranked in terms of the quality of their overall prospect pool as voted on by members of the HF staff. For reference, just the top five prospects are listed. To be eligible, a prospect must meet HF's prospect criteria. The ranking is done twice a year, with this edition being an update to the Fall ranking. For reference, each team's previous rank is listed in parenthesis.

St. Cloud State University sophomore Jonny Brodzinski may not have led his team in goals this season as he did in 2012-13 – senior and fellow Los Angeles Kings prospect Nic Dowd earned the honor this season with 22 markers. But Brodzinski traded the goal-scoring crown to instead finish as the Huskies leading scorer with 41 points (21 goals, 20 assists) in 38 games.

The West Regional of the 2014 NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament is the final regional to get underway in this year’s NCAA Tournament. This regional takes place on March 29th and 30th at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, MN.

In recent years, the Los Angeles Kings have grown into one of the better organizations at scouting and recruiting in the NCAA. Despite losing highly regarded forward Hudson Fasching to the Buffalo Sabres via trade, they still boast an incredibly deep and talented group of NCAA prospects.

The fall Top 20 list for the Los Angeles Kings saw the rise of some question marks about players like Jordan Weal, Nikolai Prokhorkin, and Jonny Brodzinski. Could they excel in new surroundings? Could they follow up strong years with better ones? How will they progress from the previous season?
