2013-14: Logan Brown, son of former NHL defenseman and current Ottawa 67’s head coach Jeff Brown, competed for the Indiana Jr. Ice. In 19 games for that team, he scored 19 goals and chipped in 12 assists for 31 points. Brown was chosen in the first round, 6th overall, of the 2014 OHL Priority Selection by the Niagara IceDogs. His rights were them traded to the Windsor Spitfires in the summer prior to the 2014-15 season.

2014-15: Brown competed in his OHL rookie season with the Windsor Spitfires. In 56 games for that team, he scored 17 goals and added 26 assists for 43 points. He was named the OHL All-Rookie Second Team after the season. Brown suited up for Canada Red at the 2014 World U17 Hockey Challenge, where he scored 2 goals and added 2 assists for 4 points in 5 games.

2015-16: Brown competed in his second OHL season with the Windsor Spitfires. Brown took part in two prospect games this season, the first being the 2015 CCM All-American Prospects Game where he scored a goal and added an assist for the victorious Team Plante. Brown also played for Team Cherry at the 2016 BMO CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game, where he contributed a goal in his team’s 3-2 loss to Team Orr. Brown was ranked 14th among North American skaters by NHL Central Scouting in their midterm rankings for the 2016 NHL Draft. He was ranked 10th overall in ISS Hockey’s March rankings. Brown was chosen in the first round, 11th overall, of the 2016 NHL Draft by the Ottawa Senators.
